Voice of Truth [Casting Crown]

Oh,what I would do to have
the kind of faith it takes
To climb out of this boat I'm in
Onto the crashing waves
To step out of my comfort zone
Into the realm of the unknown
Where Jesus is,
And he's holding out his hand

But the waves are calling out my name
and they laugh at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The waves they keep on telling me
time and time again
"Boy, you'll never win,
you'll never win."

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
the voice of truth says "do not be afraid!"
and the voice of truth says "this is for my glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

Oh, what I would do
to have the kind of strength it takes
To stand before a giant
with just a sling and a stone
Surrounded by the sound
of a thousand warriors
shaking in their armor
Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand

But the giant's calling out
my name and he laughs at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The giant keeps on telling me
time and time again
"Boy you'll never win,
you'll never win."

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
the voice of truth says "do not be afraid!"
and the voice of truth says "this is for my glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

but the stone was just the right size
to put the giant on the ground
and the waves they don't seem so high
from on top of them looking down
i will soar with the wings of eagles
when i stop and listen to the sound of Jesus
singing over me

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
The voice of truth says do not be afraid
And the voice of truth says this is for my glory
Out of all the voices calling out to me (calling out to me)
I will choose to listen and believe (I will choose to listen and believe)
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

I will listen and believe
I will listen and believe the voice of truth
I will listen and believe
'Cause Jesus you are the voice of truth
And I will listen to you.. oh you are

BMW Z4 3.0si Roadster spoted in UNIMAS!

I was driving up to UNIMAS in the afternoon to get some stuff done in BHEP. Guess what! There was a black + slick + cool + wow + waliu + ... BMW Z4 parked right infront of the BHEP (with a cute red viva behind it) !!!

Well, if you see clearly, the spot where it was parked is marked with "BUS ONLY" which means if any other car park there, the security guard will LOCK THE TYRES! But I saw guards passing by with their stupid super cool motobike and they just turned their head, look at the BMW and continue their way on... (those guards are just so good and responsible!)

I did some research on that ride and found out that this piece of metal actually cost RM 468,000.00! If you are interested to know more about this car, please click HERE.

Try see clearly the above picture, the guy not far from the car, in blue shirt, is the guard! LOCK THE TYRES!!!

Love vs. Responsibility

Love comes with responsibility. Love takes time and effort. When someone loves you and counts on you, you have to be there to do your part. Sometimes this means putting their needs ahead of your own.

Till Death DO US Part ... or ... Till Death US DO Part?

I woke up around 7:30am this morning because I'm in the Praise & Worship team for Rev. Bradley's niece marriage blessing. Ronald is worship leading while Franklin on the drum, Doreen playing the piano, Tommy on the guitar and I played the bass. The wedding started around 10am and guess what, their wedding car was decorated with the shining LIME colour! We were all like *speechless*... (too bad I did not take any photo of the car)

I believe most of us are familiar with the quote "till death do us part", which is used in most of the Christian weddings. But today for the second time, I heard Rev. Bradley said "till death us do part" (in our church the priest actually said it line by line while the bride / bridegroom will repeat after him). When the first time I heard that, I thought that maybe he read wrongly but today the same thing happen again and this somehow make me really wonder which one is the correct one and when the arrangement of the words are changed, does it still bring the same meaning? I checked up on the Book of Common Prayer and this has proven that Rev. Bradley did not read it wrongly! But still, I'm confused! Are both of the phrases workable and bring the same meaning? Someone answer me, please! Anyway, CONGRATULATION to Mr. Robinson and the wife (Rev. Bradley's niece, I forgot her name).

Hello World!

After a long thought, finally I've decided to start my own blog! *CLAPS CLAPS CLAPS*

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done;
on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom,
the Power and the Glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
